The Topic Idea Generator is here to help you with new ideas for your marketing!

We totally get it that you've been doing a lot of thinking and you sometimes just can't come up with more ideas for your social media or blog posts. So Craftify AI made a tool to help you come up with more ideas. Not just the idea, but also the prompt to help you create your next great post.

Follow this short tutorial to see how it works.

Step 1: Start a new Craft

Choose the 'Craft new' button and then from the drop-down menu choose 'Craft.'

Step 2: Open the Topic Idea Generator Craft

Step 3: Choose 'Start from scratch'

Step 4: Configure your Topic template

First you will choose your context for your topics. You can choose from your Business Profile (the automatic choice) or from your campaigns, products, or services.

Then you will add any Source URLS for your topic. Enter one URL per line (click return/enter between each URL). Max 30 URLs (or 8 when " URL Listing Page" is enabled below).

If you don't have any URLs to add here you can leave this blank.

Choose 'Yes' or 'No' for the URL Listing Page if you would like to allow Craftify AI to discover additional links from the provided source URLs. When enabled, the Source URL limit above drops to 8.

If you don't have any URLs in the box above, leave this set to 'No.'

Imput your seed ideas. If you have an idea, you can write a short phrase, or even just a word to jumpstart the idea making process. At least one URL or one Seed is required to complete the Topic search.

You can also use your Keyword Research to choose a Question Keyword. Choose the keyword set you would like to use, then choose a keyword from that list. Choose 'Add Keywords' to continue.

Paste in any URLS to exclude next. Any URLs placed here will not be included or searched for the results. Put one URL on each line.

If there are any topics you wish to exclude to narrow down your search, add them here. Maybe you already covered certain topics before, you can put them here. If you're not sure what to write, you can also use the Questions Keywords to add those here too.

Step 5: Configure your Advanced Options (Optional)

Under the Advanced Options you will see the same Target Audience and Tone of voice as is found in the context in the first part of configuration. If you choose your Business Profile as context, then this will be the same as you have set there.

You can change or update this simply by choosing a different audience that you created in Audience Segment Persona or you can simply write in what you like.

Step 6: Generate Topics

When you're ready, choose 'Generate topics.'

While Craftify AI is working on your topics, you will be able to watch the progress as it loads. Choose 'Cancel generation' at any time to stop the generation of these topics.

Step 7: Review the Topics that Craftify AI created for you

Read through the new topic ideas you have based off of your idea or keyword search. You can choose to delete any of the options from the search simply by clicking the little trashcan on the right-hand side of each topic. If you like the topics, then choose 'Submit' to save the topic ideas.
